The floor length flowy skirt falls freely down to the floor from the waist and will move freely when you move around. A zipper up closure in the back secures the dress in place. If you want to cancel your order,please contact with us within 48 hours from the time you placed your order,otherwise,we will charge you US$45.00 for handle fee.
